Does shiatsu hurt?No way ! The pressures are adapted according to the person and the feeling under the practitioner's fingers. Kindness, gentleness and respect for the body are the key words that guide my practice. Some people like very strong pressure, others on the contrary prefer light pressure. I adapt to each person. I hope you have a pleasant time, which above all allows you to relax!

Reflexology or shiatsu? What to choose ?Difficult to choose, both are so good... Both aim for overall well-being and provide deep relaxation. It all depends on your desires too... The back, arms, hands, legs, skull and face will be covered during a shiatsu session, while only the feet will be touched during a plantar reflexology session, which does not prevent that all reflex zones corresponding to the entire body will be worked.

Can reflexology be reimbursed by health insurance? Some mutual insurance companies cover a few “alternative medicine” sessions per year. The ceiling varies depending on the contract. Some reimburse only if the practitioner is a regulated health professional (doctors and paramedical staff) who have an ADELI or RPPS number. Shiatsu & reflexology are not practices regulated in France by the Ministry of Health. I am not a healthcare professional so I do not have an Adeli or RPPS number.
